cottage cheese rocks

I highly recommend eating small curd, not large cottage cheese. You can mix it with peaches, pineapples. High protein , low fat, low carb and a great snack to eat before bread or when dieting.

anyone here eat cottage cheese. Ive been eating alot of bananas and doing a cleanse drinking carrot juice to detoxify myself

actually yeah, i just started eating it, it does have alot of protein and is cheap!

yes its the best, put some pineapple, tomatoe or peaches in it helps alot too.
