This is a good anti-catabolic shake for night, but not good during the day. It also has 180% the RDA for calcium, and omega 3 fatty acids for muscle building, not to mention 45-50g protein.
This shake should be consumes before going to sleep or at a certain time of the day.
Should it be consumed daily or only after a HIT workout and two to three days after a HIT workout.
We should not eat after due to that most people dont do any activity to burn calories and then its just acumulated into fat right.
