I thought it was creatine?

Even when I first started training, which started in 1998 at the age of 18, all I ever heard about was creatine, creatine, creatine!!!
then it became massive doses of BCAA′S..or was it the other way around.
anywho..
whats wrong sheer common sense approaches to nutrition and rest
ARENT THOSE THE KEYS TO SUCCESS
I took creatine and you know what I gained?
8 pounds!!! Yeah thats right 8 SOLID POUNDS of!......... guess what?!
W-A-T-E-R!!! Thats right I said it! water!

but the advertising thing to it was "cell volumizing" I dont even know if thats a real word or something they came up with ,just like splenda which calls it key ingredient "splencrose" just so it could "sound" like a sugar molecule such as fructose et et but anyway by far I ve always believed in natural bodybuilding based on th fact that all supplements are way to steal your hard earned money

as far as i know the amount of creatine occuring naturally in people varies quite a lot so in some cases supplementing will make gains and with others jack shit....

and the added factor of water weight is there too, personally i′ve never gained a single pound on creatine in any of its forms...

Go to TrueProtein.com and get creatine ethyl ester hcl. Tastes like sour battery acid, but it really works well. I never gained anything off regular creatine either.
