Creatine?

Resently people I′ve been reading about the benefits of creatine, but I know most of the things I read are advertisment to cell products like Cell-tech. So, now I want to ask you guys if any of you use creatine along with HIT and how do you use it? Do you have to take it everyday or just on the days you workout?

Toro82,I take creatine after my workouts with my recovery drink which consists of glucose, whey protein powder,L glutamine and creatine but don′t notice any changes when i take it or when i don′t, when i used to be a volume trainer i used to load up on it and then do a maintenance dose but got no benifits from it however my training partner at the time did gain from it so it seems to work for some and not others you may have to experiment to see if it works for you but i think taking it every day is a waste i would just take it after your workouts and see if you get any improvement over your normal results from training plus it′s cheaper to and also our bodies produce about 1 gram of creatine a day and when we start supplementing with to much our bodies stop producing it because it′s geting enougth through supplementation cheers

Hey Toro82,

There was a post somewhere else on the site about Creatine. It was here:
