Do you take creatine every day or only on wo days?

Every day. It is not a stimulant with immediate effects like caffeine. The body needs to have plenty around in order for it to be effective. If it is not taken everyday it is flushed from the body. One dose won′t provide enough to be useful. It takes several days to build it up so it should be taken everyday. At least this is my opinion.
I usually work out in the morning so take it shortly before work out or if no work out that day just take it in the morning.
