Hey !

I´m curious on what you guys are eating and/or drinking (e.g. a so-called "Gainer") after your workout ?

For me it′s usually 12 oz of whole milk, a scoop of protein powder (around 25g of protein) and a banana all mixed together into a shake.

post work out - whey protein in skimmed milk, banana and creatine. I think th idea is to quickly refeed and fat slows the process, hence skimmed milk. Glucose is another favourite post workout element I use pretty often. 45 mins pre workout I will take glucose, water, whey, creatine, caffeine, ephedrine, tyrosine. Then I unleash the beast.
