The only things I take are a multivitamin, extra vitamin D, 6g of fish oil a day, casein protein powder, and creatine while bulking.

Nothing. Supplements don′t work. Only proper training and nutrition does. That is providing we are talking about the world of natural bodybuilders. Forget health food stores; they have nothing in them that a balanced diet can′t provide, and that even includes vitamins.

Truthfully, if you look up the nutritional content including micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) of a days worth of foods, you would see clearly that even when on a calorie restricted diet, you will still be getting all your vitamins and minerals for the day. That′s why not even multivitamins are necessary. Even them are a rip off! Most people don′t know that. It really surprises me. Its a big money maker.

Have to agree with ripped, i′ve taken a lot of things and now im just over it.

Im going to experiment with creatine during a carbload, but thats about it really.

Ive wasted money on supps, but it was a lesson learned quick. I couldn′t help but believe those companies that just blatantly lie when i was a noob, but in the end, its our fault really.
