I′m a huge fan of intermittent fasting. I know that some others that post on here are too. The best source of information for it is straight from the real expert′s mouth at www.leangains.com. Martin is an exceptional source of scientific backed information on the IF approach and a specimen himself to aspire to.

I practice fasting found from leangains.

Except I fast for longer and have a shorter ′refeed′ window. Fasting is quite easy once the body adapts. I′m supposed to eat right now but I′m not hungry, and will later

Only problem is... getting in lots of calories within the re-feed time. I would find it very hard getting in anything over 4000calories

I haven′t tried bulking with IF yet, but I know Martin did years ago. He basically says he ate 4500 calories a day divided over 3 meals of 1500 calories during the eating window. It wouldn′t be that hard to do if you weren′t afraid to get in some dirtier calories and drank more calories that you normally might.

Your right nothing; Drinking calories is something I never gave much thought. Lately I′ve been reading food recipes, which included nut shakes, with berries etc and so forth (soak the nuts over night to soften before blending)

These would be ideal in getting in vast amounts of calories, and they are clean and healthy!

Speaking of which, think I′ll go make one now :)
