Doing what you want

I would bet that everyone here has encountered the same thing when following their routines; doing the same thing over and over leads to a stalemate. Providing that you allow for recovery times between workouts, "do whatever you want" workout to workout!
Maybe one workout you feel like doing chins, maybe even the next workout several days later. Then all of a sudden you want to squat because it′s what you feel like doing and have the urge, instead of "oh man it′s squat day, but I′d rather do dips"......so then, do dips, there are no rules on that as long as you follow the fundamentals of "heavy duty" I believe.
