The original consolidation routine

Gentlemen,
I lost my copy of "Heavy Duty 2", and I am very interested in the exact routine laid out by Mike Mentzer in that book.
The exact exercises, and reps. If anyone has that would you be willing to post it for me?

Hey Andy the routine is as follows:

A
Squats (alternated periodically with Leg Press)
Close-grip Palms-up Pulldowns
Dips

B
Regular Deadlifts (alternated epriodically with Shrugs)
Press Behind Neck
Standing Calf Raises

1 x 6-10 for all exercises except Calves which you do 1 x 12-20
