personalised HIT training

Hey all,

Me again. Over the years I′ve followed MMs workouts I′ve had strength gains that I could never achieve with volume training. Also, I haven′t felt tired all the time and felt like every moment outside of work and sleep I′m at the gym. As per my last post I′m consistently gaining strength but not size, however I don′t want to give up on HIT. Does anyone know who I could contact for a personalised HIT program and dietary advice? I′d like to sign up with a professional trainer who will monitor my progress. I live in the Australia in the middle of no-where so am looking for an on-line trainer. Can anyone help?
