Now:
13/06/2009

Age: 37
Weight: 64,5Kg
BF TANITA: 15,9%
BF 3 points: 12,45%
chest: 8mm
waist: 16mm
leg: 12mm

After one year i′m almost the same

today wo 18/06/09

Are you still following the anabolic diet? When I follow diets like that I stay the same too. I get really lean, but not new muscle for some reason. Higher carbs works better for me for mass gaining.

Good luck on the routine, it is one of my favorites.

in the last month i eaten less to lose a couple of kgs
from the beginning of june i′m increasing calories
now, also due to my work, my diet is more or less this:

2350Kcal
190g of proteins
100 of fats
170 of carbs

tomorrow morning i′ll take my weight and see if calories are ok or still low
