evryday training results!!!

ive been training the same muscle every day since november 22. i have got a lot stronger.
all my exercises have went up 10 -20 lbs. i do 1 set 0f 1-6 reps, when i get 6 reps i add 10 lbs and start from 1-2 reps and work up to 6. my weight stayed the same ,165. im also in karate 2-4 days a week 2-3 hours per session. so im doing 6-8 hours of cardio a week.i have also got leaner and my muscles are harder. here is my routine.
squat
barbell row
bench press
press behind neck
barbell curl
skull crushers

Overtraining my friend. I will post more later, but that is a major step back, and I′ll explain why a little later.

he cannot be overtrained if his lifts increase. In less than 3 weeks he gained 10-20lbs on his lifts.

Paul you are doing 6 full body workout per week ?

yes, sometimes i will do it 6 days a week but i try to do it everyday. sometimes i will skip a day here and there. my workout only takes me 20 min, and it isn′t a very hard workout, i go normal rep speed.2sec up 2 sec down. i tried doing it at a slower speed but it takes longer and i have to reduce the weight a lot. and by the way my squat just went up another 10 lbs, and i noticed that my shoulders have gotten more bulky, they are not as skinny as they used to be. i will keep posting my results.

ive been thinking of doing somthing similiar to this but only five days a week just to see what happens. ill do mon, wed, fri full body one set to failure and tue, thur full body half the reps of what i did the day before.
