What do you think is the best chest movement

I was thinking that weighted dips would hit the chest the hardest or more directly .Overall if you had to chose only one movement for the pecs what would it be and why ?? Thanks Jason

One compound? If injury or nothing like that was a concern, medium grip slightly incline bench press hits the pecs more fully than anything. A more even stimulation to upper and mid portions. ๐Ÿ™‚
Dips are good but really hit the outer section that leads down to the rib cage. I did dips exclusively for YEARS and my pecs are still out of proportion that way.

Definately dips.

This is my opinion. Also, Mike Mentzer said it was the best pec exercise in the world also.
