my routine..suggestion??

hey

im gonna start my new routine..it goes like this:

workout A
dips
pulldowns

rest 5-7 days

workout B
squats

rest 5-7 days

workout C
inclined press
pulldowns

rest 5-7 days

workout D
deadlift

repeat

i separate squats and deadlift because i felt too drain when doing them.. any suggestion??comments??

Any reason you′re not doing the standard Ideal routine? Otherwise I would make sure to do a set for calves on squat/DL days.

im not progressing on the ideal routine.. im also thinking of adding ab work on those days..tnx
