yong Jeff reads books but has no clue on growing

Facts you should know about young Jeffy:
1) Started out on volume- NO RESULTS.
2) Then started HD and gained 2 lbs of
muscle in just 4 years.
3) He continues training for 7 years with
NO RESULTS from HD!
4) During this 7 years he changes exercises so often he could not tell if he got any stronger.
5) For 7 years he DID NOT APPLY the HD basic of increasing rest when you can not increase the number of reps or increase weight. He just kept on changing the exercise.A sure sign of OVER TRAINING!
6) He then blames his trainer for the condition he is in.

Now tell me why I or anyone should listen to his ideas about bodybuilding. Casey Viator

I train way harder than you. That is why I am way bigger than you. Also I make well over 200 thousand a year. I can spend all day hurling insults. I must be somewhat intelligent to build my company to that in 5 years. Call me immature. Most girls do. Except when I am making the girls cream by walking by them.
