Hammer Iso High Row 475#/13reps up from 435/12 reps
Leg Press 1600#/10reps up from 1235#/14 reps, I am trying to get my reps down to 6-10 on most exercises,although one must never terminate a set just because a number of reps has been reached, one must always go to failure. These numbers certainly show the validity of HD, the one and only valid theory of exercise science! Peace
