hey tronko′s
Im trying this Mentzer training for some time now. MY muscles getting bigger mans its working. i cant believe this man. i tell this francisco he is a very rascal man, he tell me many rubbish things. This HIT is not working , he tell me this man, he said strenght good but no size, he said he try like this. RUBBISH!!!!
Why people so againced mentzers training? in the gym people tell me im crazy, fitness instructor he tell me i must train more. arrr rubbish people! i fight with many people man, they all rascal men.
I dont understand why its like this

Well done Juilo.
The gains won′t keep coming forever with the routine your on. They will continue for some time though. As you progress, however, you′re progress will slow down and eventually stop. Mentzer′s theory argues, you′ll have to reduce your frequency and volume at this point, to see gains again.
Keep your head held high. We all get ridiculed for training like this ๐ After a while, you′ll learn to love the ridicule, as you go to the gym once a week for 20 minutes and are far ahead of those lifting using marathon routines.

BTW: Portugal is increadible. If you ever get the chance, make a visit to Lagos in the summer. Lots of crazies partying like there′s no tomorrow.

Portugal is a beautiful country indeed! I′ve visited Portugal twice already (and Spain also twice) and will surely visit it again sometime.
