I just came across this old article from Mike. It′s interesting to get his perspective on how he trained his phone consultation clients and the progress one made. If this is just "satisfactory to good" progress in Mike′s mind of what his client′s made, I would love to see what he considered exceptional progress. Definitely making me rethink going on the Athlete′s routine.
