Okay folks time to up our vitamin intake |

ive always been big on vitamins, but now im gonna do like i did when i was a beginner. take more b vitamins, calcium, magnesium, manganese, liver tablets, and a multi and pop vitamin c
|

Youre probably getting enough vitamins already,if you are all that effort is not going to make any difference at all.

When u are bodybuilding,u are putting an increased- and unusual amount of stress on your body.This is why your intake of vitamins and minerals should be above the RDA. The RDA for vits and minerals is to ensure against deficiencies for normal sedentary people.

The RDA is actually 50% more than what the ′average′ person needs. It takes into account other (but cetainly not all) exceptions.

Make sure you get live vitamins not dead or synthetic.
