Just did my 1st HIT workout

Just finished my 1st HIT workout at home and it was a huge blow to my ego. I was lifting 1/3 of the normal weight I′m used to and doing less than half the reps, ouch!

I don′t know if my ego could do this workout at a gym, with everyone there and all, I will works towards that.

I′m very tired can barely lift my jar of protein powder!

All in all, I′m very excited to be on this HIT adventure and I look forward to wholistic transformation mind-body-spirit!

How were you only lifting 1/3rd of your normal weight?

I was going much more slower when performing each rep so no momentum at all was playing any part whatsoever, that is how.

flex4life good to see you using HIT. Slowing the rep speed down will definitely cause you to use lighter weights as your TUL will be increased overall.

Keep on HITTIN′

PS I thought Edmonton was in Canada?

Flexforlife,
Don′t worry about reducing your weights, you′ll only get stronger!.Like Mike Mentzer always said…As a bodybuilder, your goal is achieve maximum contractions of the muscle. Not to just simply see hoe much weight you can throw around!.
