Yeah guys i wanna know about training with HIT while on the juice. Can you workout more frequently since your body recovers quicker and so on.

In fact, you don′t need to workout more frequently – steridos will not change the nature of things, including your physiology. I did two cycles training on HIT, and during the first one I increased frequency up to 3 times a week. Soon I had found out I was overtrained. I guess it took 1,5 or 2 months. My idea is – to keep training with optimal frequency (from 4 to 6 days, if you train on classis HD routines). This would allow to avoide undesirable overtraining, and you will see – you will be growing.. especially, while taking "chemistry".

Actually, guys, steroids do change the nature of things. You will be able to recover faster, depending on which drug(s) you are using. For example, with deca you wouldn′t want to increase frequency or volume too much. However with really heavy-hitting drugs like d-bol and anadrol it′s virtually impossible to overtrain (so I hear). At any rate your recovery rate would be increased significantly and you would have to increase frequency and do lots of intensity techniques if using HIT with steroids.
But do your research! All drugs are not created equal in terms of their recovery enhancement properties.

Hey all. So then what would be the best roid to go on if you want to keep the frequency the same. I was considering Dbol but I suppose this is too hard hitting? Its all new to me. Any help is appreciated.
