hello! new to site!

hello im new to this site.this site is very cool,great people.i have been training for about 3years.1st year volume style.didnt work out for me.i started reading some of mentzers info.2nd year started training on his super cosolidated routine. im 28 6ft and when i started i weighed 180, now i weigh 248@ 14%bf.the 2 years on deadlifts/dips and squats /pulldowns i made huge gains just working out every 6 days.when i started my deadliftwas 170lbs for 8reps dips bw for a few reps squats 185lbs for 12 reps and chins for afew reps. now i deadlift 495lbs for 8reps dips with bw and a 85 dumbell for 6full and2-3 negatives.workout #2 squats i do 405lbs for 8reps. chins with 65dumbell for 8-reps. im new and just wanted to intro myself. my diet is mentzers 60/25/15-cals around 4800 nontraining days 5300 training days.

Welcome! That is awesome progress and typical with HD training. I cant believe there is guys on here that say HD will not yeild good results, yet time and time again we get reports on here of guys gaining huge amounts of muscle. Fantasic progress. To be 248lbs at 14% bodyfat is about 220 – 230 in lean ripped condition. That is amazing for a natural bodybuilder. Well done mate.

Great gains. Do you use any type of intensity techniques or just take each exercise to positive failure?
