I have been looking at Vince′s site after a link in one of the other topics.

Seems like it has converted quite a few former HIT ers. Just wondered what peoples views were on this??

If you read the posts, you′ll not that almost ALL said they got stronger and bigger (but FAT) using HIT. This is fixable for most people by just adjusting your diet. The only body types I think that may have a problem with Mike′s version of HIT are ectomorphs. But even them, if dedicated, can keep their fat levels down. The may just have to do some aerobics too.
I′ve put on fat too with HIT, but now I′m going on a diet, and it will all come off. I′ve gained SO much strength in a year and a half it′s CRAZY.

I tried the 6×6 for 3 weeks this fall. It was quite the interesting experience! I have never had so much DOMS in my life! And with weights that were 1/2 of my normal 8 rep max! =O I lost 1/2 inch off my waist and added 1/4 on my thighs with no change in diet. I might try that training again…

Well done Analyzer… I forgot you gained so well! I hear ya about the soreness as my arms, especially my triceps, still have that deep-seated "I refuse to bend" feeling after every 6×6 workout!
