previews ECTOMORPHS!! HELP!!

hi!! im just starting to lift weights.

I followed mike′s ideal routine and i did not progress.

maybe i should try the athletes routine or the consolidated routine outlined in the book HIT the mm way..

any thoughts??

im an ectomorph..17, 5′11, 160lbs..

please give me useful tips for my training.. like how many reps?? rep cadence?? how many sets?? frequency?? somthing like that..

i truly nid ol of your help.. tnx

you could go that route but i dont think they′re the best way to go for someone just starting out.

the reason you people attack me is you are not happy with your current size. Do more volume and quit worrying about strength. YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY GROW. THE PUMP IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL FOR GROWTH.

Lorenz26, please understand that "HITexpert" is one of the resident trolls here. Anything he says that sounds even remotely intelligent is purely by accident. He isnt interested in helping anyone, only in making trouble. If you dont believe me, look around this forum for his posts where he claims to have 19" arms and clients that do 3,000lb leg presses.
