Ok… what′s your goal(s) for 2004? |

I thought it would be interesting if we all posted what our training goals were for 2004. I will kick things off with mine and look forward to seeing what the rest of you are aiming for!
112kgs (250#) 17+ – 18" arms 50+" chest 28" quads 17" calves

Great goals! I want to add 1/4 to 1/2 inch to my arms and maybe 12-15 pounds of mostly muscle =)))

I wish I had an ideal goal for size increases, but I have NO idea what my DNA has in store for me!
I′ll set a strength goal instead, because for that I DO have a feel for what I can actually achieve.
Goals for the end of 2004:
Squats – 500 lbs. Calf Raises – 900 lbs. MedX Rows – Max Out MedX PullDowns – Max Out MedX Leg Curls – Max Out MedX Machine Presses – 480 lbs MedX Dips – Max Out

Increasing my weighted Chins by 35kg and close grip bench press by 30kg I would be happy ! Oh and maybe 40kg on my SLDL.
I know it′s probably unrealistic for 1 year but…. ๐

dip my bw+70 lb(I am at 25lb+bw right now) deadlift 350-400lb( right now 265) squat to parallel 300lb or more (235 now)
All those for at least 10 reps, like dafortae I also like setting strenght goals, it′s easier to measure progress that way, I′ll like to bring my arms to pair with my calves(15.5"), they are bigger by almost an inch. basically just gain mass all over , specially on the upper body which is harder for me to do than my legs. by the way I am 20y/o ,5′9" tall and weigh 179lb.
