Who cares? No one can explain this dual factor bullshit anyway including Jeff- who is its biggest advocate! I still don′t know exactly what dual factor is and it has been discussed on this board for weeks!

well Adman, I care b/c I asked. I really didn′t read all of Jeff′s post but from what i did read he seems very intelligent and has a good foundation of knowledge with DFT.

Thanks Darrel. I thought a link was posted though that explained a DFT program?? was it from IN-ART?

thanks bro.

Adman- I′m not sold on DF, but here is a simple explanation of it.

You train with higher frequency and volume. This stimulates gains but also causes overtraining to set in. When your performance starts to drop, you then lower volume and frequency but keep the load high and what is supposed to happen, is all the gains you were making while overtraining, suddenly can be seen.

What your doing, is making a 3-4 week period "A workout". You know how during a workout you try to zap your muscles as deep as you can, make them as week as possible then rest? With DF your basically making a 3-4 week time period, ONE big long workout.
