Leg training problems

Hi guys
I just joined the forum and have…for the most part been a HIT trainer my whole life. I′ve gone astray a few times and tried higher volume workouts but I always end up back at HIT in some style or another.
I just recently began working out at home again after cancelling my gym membership but my problem lies in leg training. I only have weights, a barbell and dumbells…I dont even have a bench….My problem is I can get a good high intensity workout in for all bodyparts EXCEPT legs….I was wondering if anyone here is or has been in this situation and what they did to get in a good high intensity leg workout without machines ,squat racks or stands etc….?
I appreciate any and all help!
D.

or if you can afford one a trap bar for deadlifts

You could also try some single leg stuff, try Googling "split squats" or "Bulgarian split squat". If you can do them safely they can provide a killer workout without the need for lots of weight.

Hi Dcal,

I would suggest try sissy squat, that′s a killer one…give it a go it hits your quads more than anything else and the best thing is you don′t even need weight or that much really

for me it would be Trap bar deadlifts of course you would have to by a trap bar.
but trust me it is money well spent.
and Hip Belt squats once you try this style of sqauting you may never go back to regular back squats
again. you will need no racks or stands with trap bar deadlifts or hip belt squats.
hope that helps.
