Back with a Vengeance

So I′ve been MIA for the past couple of months. My MBA had be bogged down, and working out soon got thrown out the window, but I′m on my winter break now, and back to my once a week body by science training. So here goes once again

Had a wonderful Christmas! Hope everyone else did too. To those who are going through personal, professional and social difficulties at this often lonely and depressing time of year my thoughts are with you

Workout

Machine Rows

Chest Press

160 x 1:49 (Weight up 10 TUL up 5 secs)

Lat Pulldowns (Max Contraction – using elbow harness)

180 x 0:19

Leg Press

I′ve never understood when you′re only working out 1-2 times a week how someone can not make time to do it. At most you′re spending an hour in the gym each week, and that is a lot for someone on the ideal routine.

Great to see you back!.
If I′m reading your journal properly, you were stronger on each set than you were on sept 23?. That′s pretty impressive after a 3 month layoff!.
