e-z bar pull over? |
|
|
|
so what would be best and ez bar pullover or dumbbells (Im not using machines) just home gym free weights
|

if you train by yourself the DB will probably be much easier to get into position and you can just drop it behind you if you get stuck in the stretched position. That is, unless you train in your living room or something, lol!

I like EZ bar pullovers. I place the bar in the BP rack–it will hold an ez bar–sit backward on the bench so that you are facing the bar. Remove the bar and hold it at shoulder length. Next lay on your back and begin the exercise.
I find that I can also do negatives this way simply by bending the elbows more and pulling the bar back onto to the chest, "bench press" it back into position, and perform your negative rep.

pullovers are notoriously difficult to set up and you can waste a lot of effort just getting into position.. in my opinion you cant beat the old Nautilus pullovers, straight in no messing about and they hit the spot
|
