Workout 1 Deadlifts 5-8 reps Dips 6-10 reps
Workout 2 Squats 8-15 reps Close grip palms-up pulldowns 6-10 reps

One more quick one. I plan on buying Muscle in Minutes or HIT the MM Way.
Which one would you recommend and why?
