Darrell′s Pics

Hi everyone,

Just thought I would let you know that Darrell has posted some pics over on Analyzer′s board. The adress can be found on page 2 of the General section of this board, under the topic heading "Forum Moved".

Cheers,

Mdm

I had no idea that forum even existed. I can see they′ve talked about me a little bit over there too ๐Ÿ˜‰

He looks fine in my view. Nothing to be ashamed of at all. If I looked like him, I wouldn′t have a problem showing myself off at a pool party. Looks maybe like a slightly overfat undermuscled swimmer or something.

The fact that he thinks he′s extremely close to his genetic potential for muscle mass makes me shake my head in disbelief though. It′s amazing what people can convince themselves of.

Thanks mdm,
Jeff

Jeff,

I don′t use the board, but I thought folk might like to see the pics. It would be unfair on Az if I was to begin posting there and I think I′d get kicked off anyway!! Feels kinda silly talking about Darrell like this, almost behind his back if you know what I mean, but if he still reads here, maybe he would be willing to comment.

I agree with your opinion. Darrell has nothing to be ashamed of with his physique, but he doesn′t look as if he really works out. I′m not trying to be nasty here (realistic maybe), but I know of a few folk who have never touched a weight that look like that. He is by no stretch of the imagination close to his genetic potential. I would also say that there are more than 5 lbs of fat to come off there. I am leaner than that at the moment and I have been actively trying to put on weight!

Cheers,

Mdm

Well, they′ve talked about other people behind their backs over there. They′ve talked about me a bit. They actually have a thread over there where they wanted to team up and harass someone over here. I couldn′t believe it when I read it.

I′d probably get kicked off too. Or the same thing would happen again. I′d poke holes in HIT theory, show mounds of evidence that HIT theory is not optimal, and provide other ideas that have proven the test of time. Then, they′d just pick up and start another board.

Vincent has his pictures up as well. He′s "HIT-Vinc," or something like that. The user with the annyoing dancing machine thing under his name. He said they were recent pictures, but I remember he posted pictures of himself over a year ago and he looks no different. He wasn′t kidding when he said he hadn′t grown in a year. He looks good though, still very lean and probably afraid to put on weight.

What annoys me is the lying and half-truths. It still goes on over there, as there′s nobody to call them on it. Darrell claims to grow "at a very rapid rate," even when on a caloric deficiency. He claims he grows from each workout, and has seen "spectacular progress" for years on end. Yet looking at his pics you wouldn′t even really assume he lifts. The vast majority will agree than anyone, and I mean anyone, can build a very impressive body that says, "I lift." Not everyone can win meets or comps, or even justify entering them, but anyone can build a damn good body that screams "lifter." I certainly don′t see anything close to that, let alone someone who is "extremely close to his genetic potential."

So, things are going alright with you I guess Mdm? Nice to hear from you again.

Cheers,
Jeff
