After coming across the link on this forum to Casey Butts site (which I found highly informative and well worth a look), I found this calculator on said site:
http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html
Basically, you put in your measurements and it calculates your maximum weight and muscular potentially based upon those figures – which could be fascinating for some, devastating for others! I thought in might be interesting for us all to post our results of these calculations here, just as something to measure against.
Heres mine:
Height: 70 in Wrist: 6.75 in Ankle: 9 in
Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~10% bodyfat is: 197.8 lbs
Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:
Chest: 46.9 in Biceps: 16.8 in Forearms: 13.4 in Neck: 16.4 in Thighs: 25.1 in Calves: 16.8 in
Not huge but hey, 16.8 inch biceps dont sound so bad to me ๐
