My first bodybuilding show

Hey guys i jsut wanted to let you guys know that i′m doing my FIRSt bodybuilding show Nov 20. All is going pretty good, i′m about 7 weeks out and it is getting a little tuff with the diet but i got pretty good support from 3 of my roomates who are doing the same show. For diet i have just been cutting calories slowly so i don′t loose any muscle. I might be adding cardio neat th elast 4 weeks if i really need it. ANyways here is the link to my pictures ijust updated with new pics. Your support will be greatly appratiated and any criticimis will be welcomed.

I will also get this out of the way YES i′m taking a bitt steroids to help me keep my muscle while i diet. I know alot of you here don′t approve or discourage the use of it and are going to look down at me and that is fine. I have not use steroid for over a year and don′t need it but since i′m doing this show i′,m using it to keep my muscle as best possible.

Thanks buddy. I have been training hard for along time for this show. It is kind of cool because afte al these years of working out i have a goal to shoot for and it is great.
Well for the show i changed up things my goal was to bring up my chest and back because they are my weak points. So this what i′m doing to bring up my chest and back is workout A chest and back workout B legs, Workout C Chest and back, workout D legs. I train every 3 to 4 second day depending on recovery. I was training every sencond day for a while but i ended overtraing after time and got burned out. I do 2 different workout for both chest and back days and legs. I′m doing post exhaust for workout A and B then normal on theC and D just going to positive failure. I do every 3rd rotation throw in shoulder and arms. But i′m staring to throw in side lats and rear laterals for my shoulders after chest and back.

Here is the outline.

Incline bench press post exhaust with
flyes

Back
weighted chins post exhausted with
dumbell pull overs

Workout B
Legs
Squats post exhaust with
Leg extension
hamstring curls
static calf raise

workout C
chest
d cline bench
peck deck

back
lat rows on machine
barbell pulovers

Workout D
legs
squat
leg curl
static hold standing calf raise
abs on machine

Good luck in your show. You have excellent leg development and good arm development as well. Great traps also. The only areas that you need to bring up are your pecs and lats. I think the lat spread is the make-or-break pose in a bodybuilding show. I need to bring up my size in that area as well. I have the 1980 Mr. O. DVD and Mike′s front lat spread in that show blew me away–his lats completely filled the space between his arms and torso.

I hope you do well. Are you doing only one set per exercise?

P.S. What do you do for your delts and arms? Have you already tried seated military presses and dips?
