Old article: Mentzer′s Contraction-Control Training |
|
|
|
Here′s a link to an old article about young Mike in 1976.
His system was then called "Contraction-Control Training" and Weider was still claiming he invented it.

Thnks B-wine for these,
God weider is bloody annoying, everything is his ideas or principle. Weider principle this weider principle that. It′s funny how mike supposingly said heis arms are like 19", when he mentioned, in his book, that they were only about 18+. Serge Nubret was saying as well how weider wrote an article about his training and then claiming it to be weider′s principle as usual!!!

You′re welcome, guys!
Well, Weider was good in at least one thing: fooling people and making a lot of money out of it!

B-Wine agree, Weider wasnt just good at it, he was the "Master Blaster" of cashing in on guys hopes and dreams with false promises, misleading advertising and unethical journalistic and publishing practices.
I think it′s called "The Weider create a market/satisfy that market based on lies and deception principal" but he also made generous use of "The Weider reverse-integrity principal" as well.
just my opinion.
