Cripes I′ve been looking all over Europe for something like that. Extremely useful, thank you. Are you gonna order some? If so, let me know how it turns out.

Cheers,
Jeff

Hi Jeff

At the moment I use standard 1 inch plates and ive got a few 0.5k plates, I will get myself a decent olympic set eventually and when I do ill probably get a couple of these micro plates its funny that knowbody really makes them.
I think £15 for 2 plates is a bit steep though, ive had an idea for a cheap alternative and that is to use fishing leads/weights.
You can get them in 9 oz which is roughly 0.25k or 8 oz which is 1/2 a pound you can connect cable ties to these then make a loop a bit bigger than your bar and just slide them on.
The best bit about this is that they only cost £1 each, I suppose it would be nicer to have proper plates though, they might be a bit expensive but iron does last forever.

Jonson,

Cool idea. Here′s another idea worth checking out as well. You′ve probably seen it before, but it may help some lurkers who are interested in this topic.
