I think creatine works better on a volume type program,your depleting muscle glycogen much more and frequently.If your a vegan I would take it.Just drink lots of water, eat lean meat,if your gonna take it,I would say before and after w/o.I Did a bottle of CREAKIC recently.Did nothing w/o every 7 days.I′ve done creatine on and off since the mid 90′s when it first came and found that it works great with volume,but once you stop you shrink,after all it′s just expanding muscle cells with water.I had my best gains on volume w/o with NO and CE.Arnold and the other roid guys used to do huge amounts of Arginine to open up the veins to allow more nutrients and water into the muscle.HIT the MM way doesn′t really deplete glycogen stores that much.I drink Muscletech Hardcore because of the extra leucine(very important amino) and glutamine.I hate promoting one brand,but it′s the best that I can get in my area,It also has a small amount of 3 different creatines.I would think more about extra bcaa′s.The MM way is about building quality muscle long term.I drink 2 20gram srvings a day,far less than what they recommend.
