i think if you are going to evaluate a workout using a pre workout booster is only going to blur the results….. but in my opinion nothing beats the original ultimate orange by dan duchaine (yeah i know he s dead and it was one step away from legalised speed) and certain nos products illicit a response… nothing worth paying the prices for tho ๐

I know all of those supplements are popular, and make the purchaser feel like he has an edge over the competition, but there are plenty of was to accomplish the same thing with a lot less cash.
For example, coffee. About half an hour before your workout, why can′t you just have a granola bar, a coffee, and a piece of fruit. That′ll give you all of the energy you′ll need, and it′s a lot healthier.

I like Endorush, and blackpowder is good too. Both give good energy and mental focus which are both needed obviously. Blackpowder is a Nitric Oxide product and increases pumps which as Mike said, isnt priority but it feels good and theres nothing wrong with that.

250 ml of Red Bull Energy Drink (sugarfree) about 30-60 minutes before a workout, since I don′t like the taste of coffee.
I must admit that I′ve used ephedrine in the late 1990s when it was still legally available. It worked great, but I became addicted to it. I′ve used it for about 6 months in 1998.
