I do take before bedtime:
1 tablespoon of olive oil,
1 glass of milk, and
1 scoop of whey protein.

HOLY SHIT!!! LOL!!!

There are 14 grams of fat in a tablespoon of olive oil.

There are 16 tablespoons in a cup…

That′s 224 grams of fat just in the olive oil!

I would guess with the milk, whey protein, and nesquik, it would be about 350 grams of fat total.

I would use probably 2 tablespoons of olive oil, because i don′t want excess body fat. Other then that it sounds tasty, I wish i wasn′t lactose intolerant, because if i drank that I′d probably shit my ass.

Mix dry oatmeal in a blender to powder and you have an excellent source of complex carbohydrates.

Mix the oatmealpowder with skim milk (powder) and/or whey protein (powder) to add quality protein.

Add a banana for extra calories and nutrients.

You can also add water to make it more fluid.

I′m currently experimentating with this kind of homemade meal-replacement drinks.
