Hi Jim, I briefly glanced at it, and yes, it does look like the real McCoy. However, I also noticed the author added in some extra info. The part about the NEW training routine (NOT in the book) has been added. Therefore, I cannot tell you with 100% certainty that it contains 100% of Mike′s original thoughts. For the most part, it looks like it, but obviously some more stuff has been added.

as always, thanx darrell, Do you mean the new consolidated part, if you do I always here it from most posters. Just the four exercises, right? Squats,pulldowns,dips,deads? Very interesting stuff for this newbie! I′m still thinking to increase my intensity to doing statics at the end of my sets, especially after reading that. Maybe I should do it sparingly. One thing I don′t wish to do is change too many things at once……thanx. jim

jimpaul, yes, the new consolidated part. I agree with you, Mike always said don′t do too much EXTRA intensity things like rest pause, statics, etc. Just use them sparingly UNTIL one reaches an advanced state. Then you may start using them more often because you have more experience with what you can do and what you can′t.
