Vintage Nautilus !

I Recently used a vintage Nautilus Pullover machine. Awesome machine.
I want to buy it from the gym that has it gathering dust in a corner, while their members bangout mulitiple sets with wide grip lat pulldowns.

A scorching back routine:
NautilusPullovers
supersetted with pulldowns…
catch your breath
finish with a set of chins. with a static hold at the end of the set.
I will visit this gym from time to time just for the Nautilus pullover (circa′88 ?) and their Nautilus 10* chest fly, which also just sits there un-used.
why? because they are humbling machines. and they arent chromed.
what a waste!

Merry Christmas

MV

PS current ′winter routine′

upperbody:
pullovers/pulldowns
chestpress/dips
barbell or Nautilus curl

lowerbody:
Smith machine squat
Leg press
calf raise
lowback
abdominal crunch

rest at least 3 days in between workouts. maximum 5 days rest between.

Ah, a kindred spirit.

The 10 degree chest is a personal favorite of mine.

Nautilus ( JONES/Darden) started it all ! for the Mentzers and Viator too!

Funny how no one (with the exception of Arthurs MedX machines)
have come close to the feel of some of those older machines. machines twenty years old.
Hammer and Nautilus Nitro are awesome though.
But I still like the feel of barbells, particularly for Incline pressing and curling.
And the ultimate intimidator…the trapbar deadlift…
