I Recently used a vintage Nautilus Pullover machine. Awesome machine. I want to buy it from the gym that has it gathering dust in a corner, while their members bangout mulitiple sets with wide grip lat pulldowns.
A scorching back routine: NautilusPullovers supersetted with pulldowns… catch your breath finish with a set of chins. with a static hold at the end of the set. I will visit this gym from time to time just for the Nautilus pullover (circa′88 ?) and their Nautilus 10* chest fly, which also just sits there un-used. why? because they are humbling machines. and they arent chromed. what a waste!

lowerbody: Smith machine squat Leg press calf raise lowback abdominal crunch
rest at least 3 days in between workouts. maximum 5 days rest between.
